Description:

This program enables excellence by providing a framework to examine and align organization and individual interests, and helping participants:

  • Determine what are the problems or obstacles that, if solved, could cause an immeasurable change in the organization for the better
  • See the organization as a collection of relationships
  • Strategize and align five organization domains: Products/Technologies, Processes, Stakeholders, Environment, and Business Results
  • Address personal and organization challenges in five organization domains: Purpose/vision, Time/Stress, Relationships, Balance, and Prosperity
  • Clarify the complexity between organization and individual issues
  • Have common concepts and operational definitions that facilitate focus and discussion

After everyone on a team receives their How to Fascinate® Assessment and Report, a Certified Fascinate Advisor combines the results and creates a Team Heat Map, which helps a team:

  • Identify the team’s communication style.
  • Predict how the team is most (and least) likely to solve problems, deal with conflict, and reach conclusions
  • Know if the team has one dominant Advantage, or is evenly balanced
  • Identify the team’s core specialty, or potentially even a disadvantage
